When I was a kid, my Uncle Johnny used to make us Doritos Nachos every time we came over to hang out with my cousin.

Whenever I have nachos it brings back nostalgic memories, but, because I’m not eight anymore, my body doesn’t look at them with the same fond feelings as my mind does. So I wanted to find a way to incorporate that memory with something that feels a little better in my stomach.
